My rate is 150.00 for a 50 minute session.

Payment is due at the time of service and is billed electronically via credit card. I also accept payment in the form of cash or check.

I am an out of network provider. I will provide a summary of services claim form for you to submit to your insurance company. It is the responsibility of the client to inquire with their insurance about their out-of-network benefits so they can know what to expect upon submission of insurance forms.

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full session fee.
